Dales passion for learning has never slowed. He continues to train, educate and refine his craft, both within his own team and across the industry. His involvement with Intercoiffure spans nearly 30 years, including serving on the Australian board and receiving the prestigious Knight award in Japan- an honour that reflects both his skill and his contribution to the industry.

As a leader Dale is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation. He invests in training, supports his team to grow and ensures the salon maintains the highest professional standards.

With her warm nature and genuine care, she ensures every client feels seen, remembered and valued. She brings a sense of calm and connection to the salon that turns appointments into experiences. Her gift lies in connection- she knows clients by names, remembers their stories and ensures every visit feels personal.
As a mother and grandmother, Jo’s nurturing energy extends to the entire team—supporting, guiding and helping create the family culture the salon is known for.

Dale began hairdressing over 50 years ago, opening his first salon at just 21. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit of excellence.
Alongside him every step of the way has been Jo—his wife, business partner, and the heart of the salon. For over 40 years, Jo has created an environment where clients feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for.
Together, they have built more than a business—they have built a place where generations of clients return, not just for great hair, but for how they feel when they walk through the door.
